    All our items at this time are made to order. We do have a standard 5 business day turn around time in place to produce products that meet both your and our standards.

  • Can I request to customize the products on your site?

    Wanting a different sizing option or finish of an item? Email us at gina@shilocabinets.com and we will be happy to discuss the possibility with you.

  • What is your return policy?

    Our items are each made or order so all sales are final.

  • What if my item is damaged in shipping?

    If your item arrives damaged, contact us by email at gina@shilocabinets.com WITHIN 3 DAYS of delivery and we will start the process of an item replacement.
