How quickly will my items ship?
All our items at this time are made to order. We do have a standard 5 business day turn around time in place to produce products that meet both your and our standards.
Can I request to customize the products on your site?

What is your return policy?
Our items are each made or order so all sales are final.
What if my item is damaged in shipping?
If your item arrives damaged, contact us by email at gina@shilocabinets.com WITHIN 3 DAYS of delivery and we will start the process of an item replacement.
